It does what it supposed to do

Attention iPOD owners: This remote control only works for altering songs and volume control, it does not work to change/view playlist or anything else within the iPOD. That is why I didn’t rate it with 5 stars.
For the rest, you may be sure it will do what it is supposed to do, modify stations (radio) and full control on DVD movies.

Remote funtions as promised

I got this remote for the most part for making DVD observing posing no difficulty (the touchscreen controls are pains in the butt to get to) and it surely has done that. It’s a little bulkier than I was expecting, but not too bad.

CD-R55 for the AVH-P4100

Got the CD-R55 for my AVH-P4100.
works for:
volume
att “a ought to have for me”
changing radio stations or scrolling through presets
changing radio bands
changing source
controls all dvd functions
it may scroll through discs if you have a cd changer add-on or a built in 6 disc changer
skips through disc tracks.
does not work for:
adjusting any menu functions “with the exception of the built in eq none of this must in truth be done while driving anyway”
I have not tested with ipod control yet since my basi AVH-P4100 was stolen along with my ipod before i got the remote.”will update soon”
Overall it does everything i need it to do, I would 100% purcahse again.
