4Highly commended for newcomers

This is an splendid reference to the world of VHF novice radio operation. I not long ago got a technician license and a handheld radio for the two-meter band. After reading through this book in with regards to a week, I feel like I have noesis that would have taken me 6-12 months to learn on my own. This book helped me with great success operate on simplex and repeaters.
